Award Categories
Nomination Guidelines
Individuals can nominate themselves, an organization or another community member who meets the award criteria for impact, innovation, and commitment to improving the wellbeing of the community or individuals served.
Each category will include (1) individual and (1) organization honoree.
Eligibility
All businesses, organizations, and individual leaders based in New Jersey are eligible for nomination.
Nomination Source
Nominations can be submitted by any individual or organization familiar with the nominee's work.
Documentation
Submissions must include documentation that substantiates the nominee's efforts in the respective category.
Duration
The initiatives, projects, or actions of the nominee should have been operational for at least one year prior to the nomination.
Evaluation
Nominations will be assessed based on their impact, innovation, and commitment to improving wellbeing.
Nominators
Encouraged to provide ample evidence, testimonials, and statistics to bolster their nomination.
